Sales Representative Facade Insulation & Cladding

About InstaCrepi
InstaCrepi is a specialist in facade insulation and cladding — active throughout Belgium. We’ve existed for 3 years and already achieved a turnover of more than 1 million euros in our second year — with 200+ completed projects and 70+ Google reviews as proof. We’re scaling fast, and honestly, we feel it too: we need real reinforcement to keep up with that growth. You can be part of that.
Practical info
Contract: Permanent — full-time or part-time negotiable
Remuneration: Fixed salary + commission
Region: All of Belgium
Workplace: 100% remote + client visits on the road
Team moment: Weekly physical meeting with the team
What does your week look like?
You work from home — InstaCrepi has no office, and that’s intentional. In the morning, you check new leads, plan your day, and make proactive calls. The rest of the time you’re on the road: guiding clients, discussing quotes, closing deals. Once a week we meet in person as a team — to catch up, exchange ideas, and stay sharp together.
What you do
- Following up on warm leads: proactive calling, scheduling appointments, and conducting visits
- Guiding clients from first contact to signed quote
- Actively prospecting: private individuals, architects, project developers
- Attending trade fairs and networking events
- Joining the weekly team meeting and contributing ideas for growth
Who we are looking for

- Common sense and commercial drive: that's what counts
- You really want to contribute to something — not just a job, but helping to write a story
- Not afraid of the phone — we prefer working personally rather than through endless emails.
- Someone who dares: even if there's no lead ready, you go looking for one yourself.
- Honest, direct, and reliable — that's how we work, and that's what we expect.
- Fluent in Dutch and/or French.
- Driving license B — you visit clients throughout Belgium.

Who we are looking for
Experience in construction or the building sector is a real plus
- You know the construction world — that immediately gives you credibility with clients.
- Commercial drive and common sense: you know how to turn a conversation into a deal
- Not afraid of the phone — we prefer working personally rather than through endless emails.
- Independent and proactive — you don't wait around, you go looking yourself.
- Honest, direct, and reliable — that's how we work, and that's what we expect.
- Fluent in Dutch and/or French.
- Driving license B — you visit clients throughout Belgium.
