Project Manager Facade Works

About InstaCrepi
InstaCrepi is a specialist in facade insulation and cladding, active throughout Belgium. We have been in business for 3 years and already achieved a turnover of more than 1 million euros in our second year, with 200+ completed projects and 70+ Google reviews as proof. We are a young and fast-growing company, which means more and more projects are running simultaneously. That is why we are looking for a project manager to help take the lead. You can be part of that.
Practical info
Contract: Permanent, full-time, indefinite duration
Compensation: Fixed salary + bonus
Region: All of Belgium, focusing on projects within a radius of approximately 50 km around Meise
Workplace: Combination of remote work and visiting and monitoring projects on-site
What does your week look like?
InstaCrepi deliberately has no traditional office. You largely plan your own schedule: part of your time you work from home on planning and follow-up, the rest of the time you are on the road. You visit sites, monitor execution, manage subcontractors, and maintain contact with customers and the internal team. We don’t look at how many hours you spend in a chair, but at how well your projects are running.
What you do
- Monitoring facade projects from preparation to completion
- Being the link between the customer, subcontractors, and our internal team
- Managing subcontractors and installation teams
- Monitoring multiple sites simultaneously and intervening when something goes differently than planned
- Being regularly present on-site, monitoring progress, and ensuring agreements are met
- Maintaining smooth contact with customers, contractors, and other parties, both for private homes (B2C) and larger professional projects (B2B)
Who we are looking for
No experience required, just the right attitude. We invest in you.
- Independent, responsible, and a hands-on mentality
- You are good at planning and maintain an overview of multiple projects at once
- You have the confidence to manage people and make clear agreements
- You think in solutions and take initiative when something goes wrong
- Technical insight, or the willingness to develop this quickly
- Accurate and a strong communicator
- Fluent in Dutch, knowledge of French is a plus
- Driving license B, as you will visit sites regularly
- Experience in construction or a construction-related or technical education is a plus, but not a must
